Welcome to The Number Game. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.
The Number Game is a real-time multiplayer counting game in which players collaborate to count upward without breaking the chain. Players create or join lobbies, submit numbers in sequence, and try to reach the highest count possible. If a player submits the wrong number, the count resets and the event is recorded on the "shame list."
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use The Number Game. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. You agree that all activity under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the app. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
When using The Number Game you agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials provided through The Number Game are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without our prior written consent.
You may submit content such as display names and apology messages. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and store that content as necessary to operate the service. You retain ownership of any content you create.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
The Number Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to The Number Game at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
